Ben Tish is the Chef Director of Cubitt House, where he crafts exceptional dining experiences across several London pubs and eateries. With a deep passion for Mediterranean cuisine and its rich history, Ben specializes in bringing the vibrant flavors and dishes of his travels to both his home and his restaurants.
A familiar face on television, Ben frequently appears on shows in England like Saturday Kitchen, Sunday Brunch, and MasterChef. He also contributes to top British publications including Delicious, The Guardian, The Telegraph, The Times, Noble Rot, and Chef Magazine, An accomplished author, Ben has written four cookbooks and contributed to numerous others.
Based in East London, Ben shares his life with his wife Nykeeta and their French bulldogs.
